Eoin Tarleton (Co-Founder) – Eoin has close to two decades of commercial experience. Over this time, he has partnered with Australian and Global firms specialising in Sales Leadership and Executive Search.Since establishing his own firm, Cloughmore Stone in 2016, Eoin has built a reputation for executing complex senior executive and board search mandates in multiple global markets across APAC, Europe and the Americas.
The business has expanded to also support portfolio companies of Private Equity firms either restructure their executive team or find niche talent to support growth.Understanding clients value proposition, products, competitors and target customers is the backbone of Cloughmore Stone methodology and has enabled a value-add service of market intelligence and new customer origination.
This combination of experience led Eoin to brainstorm a new venture which could bridge some of the gaps in the financial services sector and help corporates to access the financial solutions for them and their customers. Xchainge was created to enable B2B trade through alternative payment solutions and intuitive technology.
